From an entry of 191 at the Scottish Kennel Club, Graham Hill’s choice to go through to compete in the Pro Plan/Dog World Pup of the Year final was Joanne Blackburn-Bennett and Kari Wilberg’s Pointer American imported Pointer Coralwood Kanix Mr T.
Overall winner of the National’s heat of the Pro Plan/Dog World Pup of the Year competition across the four days was Brian Foster and Phil Jones’ homebred nine month old Beagle Stormpasture Trumpette, at only her second show.

National Terrier’s winner of the Pro Plan/Dog World Pup of the Year stakes from 64 entries was the Dandie Dinmont Inzievar Sparkling Silver, owned and bred by Frances Chapman-King.
From an entry of 24 at the Scottish Breeds, Frank Kane’s choice to go through to compete in the Pro Plan/Dog World Pup of the Year final was Steve and Alison Barrett’s 11-month-old Rough Collie Brooklynson Fifth Avenue. This was only her second show.
