Very hard to tell. However, I have noticed judges at least talking the talk. There is a lot more focus on movement in my breed, and a little less on pretty spotting, which has got to be a good thing. Sadly, neither movement nor spotting address the two biggest health issues in Dalmatians, which are deafness and urate stone-forming. It would be impossible for show judges to asses either of these conditions.
