THE LAST of the five Tibetan Spaniels stolen from Liz Scoates’ and Heather Simper’s Clydum kennel has been found, almost exactly one month since she was stolen. Heather said it is thanks to the huge amount of support and the fact all the dogs were microchipped that they have all returned safely.
C Don’tstopmenow (Alice) was one of five that were taken by burglars who broke into the kennel while the pair were out walking on the day after Boxing Day.

The Siberian Husky Club of Great Britain held its 29th annual Snow Rally in the Glenmore forest near Aviemore, Scotland, at the end of January. Sponsored for the seventh year running by Arden Grange, this event attracts around 200 mushers and their families and around a thousand sled dogs to make up the teams. Pictured here is Glyn Thomas and his team, from Market Harborough, making good speed along a less snowy stretch.
