THE LATEST version of the Welsh Government’s Animal Welfare (Breeding of Dogs) Regulations states that anyone breeding three or more litters a year will have to be licensed.

THE KENNEL Club is to allow puppies from planned dual matings to be registered without the need for permission in advance.

IT IS becoming clear that in many breeds the number of dogs entered at group/general championship shows is declining steadily, and fewer dogs are competing in these breeds for the available CCs.
